Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

At QVV, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. By completing your purchase, you agree that all sales are final.

Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Condition

The only exception to our "No Refund" policy is in the event that a product arrives heavily destroyed or is not in the correct condition (e.g., manufacturing defects that bypass our quality control or shipping-related destruction).

To be eligible for a refund or replacement under these circumstances:

  • Report Window: You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date recorded by the tracking information.

  • Proof of Condition: You must provide clear, high-resolution photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect condition of the item, including the packaging it arrived in.

  • Condition of Item: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

The Review Process

Once your claim and photographic evidence are submitted, our team will review the request. QVV reserves the sole right to determine if an item is "heavily destroyed" or "not in the right condition" based on our production standards.

  • If approved, we will issue a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If a replacement is unavailable due to the limited nature of the drop, a refund will be processed.

Ineligible Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the structural integrity of the garment.

  • Items damaged due to improper washing or care.

  • Items that have been worn or had tags removed.
