Thank you for shopping with Qui Vivra Verra (QVV). We appreciate your patience and support as we bring our vision to life. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our fulfillment process.


Fulfillment & Processing Time

Due to the custom nature of our releases and our focus on high-quality production, please allow up to 3 months (90 days) for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. We operate on a pre-order or limited-production basis to ensure every piece meets our standards of craftsmanship. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a subsequent notification with tracking information once your item has been dispatched.

Error & Reproduction: If a batch or specific item does not meet our exact specifications due to production errors, this 3-month window allows us the necessary time for a full reproduction.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Domestic (US): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International: We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Given the extended fulfillment window, we understand that circumstances may change, but we cannot guarantee address updates once the shipping process has begun.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. While we understand the 3-month window is longer than traditional retail, this allows us to maintain the integrity of our designs and production.

Lost or Damaged Items

QVV is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, or reach out to our support team for assistance with the process.
